2025 Application & Roster Forms

Registration Process: The Cataracts offers play in various Divisions.  The Registration process uses the information regarding every players age and playing  experience obtained from Roster submissions.  Final Division placement is determined by our staff who matches each team's age and overall strength against the other teams registered for the Tournament.

Please click 'Details' above and read that whole page before you submit your Application.
Once you Submit an Application you need to send us your entry fee within a few days.

We MUST have your team Roster by February 15, 2025 which is needed by the
Tournament to help us decide in which division to place your team.

To begin the process click on APPLICATION below, fill in the Form then hit Submit which will
automatically send your Application to the Tournament Committee.  Once you have submitted
your Application Form please click on ROSTER below, fill in that Form then hit submit
 and that form will automatically get sent to the Tournament Committee.  

If you have any changes to your Roster before February 15, 2014 please either re-submit your
Roster or email the changes to this email..  auldwinston@gmail.com.
